very attractive small pub in an urban village setting.
on first impression it appears quality.
drinks are a little over priced.
the restaurant to the rear is very over priced & limited on selection. -

Omg !!!what the heck has happened ?are they really trying to run a pub/restaurant R.I.P girls bouncing tennis balls not serving and no customers on a Sunday afternon .Atmosphere so poor even so called regulars complaining abt poor services , whatever next? Am sure administrator Will soon be back.

I have visited the bold dragoon many times with my family, but I know it was recently taken over, apart from the fact that it really needs doing up, I was disgusted by the conversation between the bar man and 2 customers, as the content was totally discriminative towards People who are Gay. It was loud and very abusive and should not be acceptable, never mind about the bar staff even entering such a conversation. Stay away from this pub, it's not a nice place to be

I went here with my family for a meal one evening and we were greeted by two miserable looking ladies who told us they 'were too busy' and 'we had better sit in the bar and eat in there', not ideal with two children and very rude!!. We wouldn't have minded if they were busy but the place was empty!!!! We went to another pub up the road instead. Handy as a local pub but could be better and staff friendlier!
